About Me

With the name Carly Baker, baking is what I was destined to do!

I am a mum of two kids and I am lucky enough to be able to make my passion a career. I have been a pastry chef for over 8 years specialsing in cakes and desserts. I love to use my creative flare to create the perfect cake for your next celebration. 


My favourite part of my job is when I get to see how happy people are when they see a cake I've made put in front of them.


I am based in Beaumaris, Melbourne and therefore all orders must be for Melbourne only. 

How it works

SIMPLE!!!
1. Choose the design you want 

2. Pick the flavour you like

3. See the size of cake that suits your number of guests 

4.  The date of your event

5. Email me directly with all the above information and it’s as simple as that!

6. Dont forget to mention if you require any added extras like personalised plaques/gold leaf etc.



**If you can’t find a design that suits your occasion email me and we can work out a custom design just for you!
