Payment

* Cakes must be ordered at least 7 days before the event.

* Full payment must be paid when ordering. An email will be sent confirming date, order and pick-up times. 

* Orders will not be completed unless paid in full.

Collection / Delivery

* Pickup point is in Beau. Exact address will be given closer to pick up date.

* If delivery is required, please contact me to discuss options. Further fees will apply.

Confirmation of orders

* When checking out, please ensure all your contact details are correct. 

* Double check you have written the correct date of your event.

* Please notify immediately if there are any details of your order that are incorrect. 

Cancellations / change of date

* Please contact me if you require a change of date or any cancellation. 

* If you are cancelling with more than 7 days notice you will receive a full refund.

* If you cancel within in 7 days of your event, a fee may be incurred.

* If cancellation occurs due to COVID 19, I will contact you to discuss options. 

Custom orders

* Please email me if you would like a custom order and we can discuss possibilities.

Quality

* I take pride in the quality and taste of my products. All cakes and fillings are made from scratch using the freshest ingredients.

* It is important to remember that cakes are a perishable. When ordering from me, you will receive information about the best way to store your product and the best way to eat your product. Once the product has left my care and you have taken possession / delivery of the product I can not take responsibility for any damage that may occur due to incorrect transport or storage.

Allergens

* 'Baker by Name' is run from my registered kitchen at home and therefore may contain traces of nuts, nut products, eggs, dairy and gluten. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee our items are completely free of these products. 

Variations

* Please note that colours on the screen may be slightly different to the actual product. Size variations may also affect the look of the cake for example, the bigger the cake the more decorations it may need.

* Flowers and fruit are seasonal and therefore may be different from the image. However I will strive to make them as similar as possible. If there are any changes e.g the type of fruit, I will inform you.
